Man Wood Neroli is the brightest entry in the Bvlgari Man line, and the most Mediterranean. Bergamot and neroli open it clean and sunlit — soapy in the best sense, closer to a classic eau de cologne than to a modern designer freshie. Orange blossom absolute, Virginia cedar, and cypriol build a heart that keeps the citrus from evaporating, and a base of white musk, ambergris, amber, leather, and woody notes gives it a smooth, slightly powdery finish.

Composed by Alberto Morillas and launched in 2019. He built it around the idea of sun warming a Mediterranean orange tree, using the flowers, leaves, and branches of the bitter orange rather than just the fruit. The result is a citrus-woody-floral that reads polished and easy — a strong spring and summer daytime option and one of the more office-appropriate things in the Bvlgari catalog.

Worth setting expectations: this is a bright, airy composition, and several wearers report the citrus opening fading faster than they'd like. If you want a soft, refined, wear-anywhere scent, that's the trade. If you want projection that fills a room, this isn't the one.
