Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

At SmellGoodz, all sales are final.

Because we sell fragrance decants, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including unopened items.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery at smellgoodzchannel@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video proof

We will only review claims for the following:

  • Damaged item
  • Leaking item
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item

If your claim is approved, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Personal preference
  • Dislike of the scent
  • Blind buys
  • Opened or unopened products
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

U.S. shipping only. Fragrance products may be subject to hazardous materials shipping restrictions and may ship by ground only where required.
