Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose which fragrances I get?
No, and that's the point. Every subscriber receives the same curated lineup each month. The box is built for discovery: new scents you might never have picked for yourself.

What's the difference between Starter and Stacked?
Starter includes three fragrances each month. Stacked includes four, and the fourth pick is exclusive to Stacked subscribers. You can switch between them from your account.

Will I ever get the same fragrance twice?
No. Every month brings a new lineup, so you won't see a repeat in this box.

What if I already own one of the picks?
Because the box focuses on recent releases, overlap is less likely, but it can happen. Since every box is identical, we aren't able to swap individual fragrances. A 5ml spray still makes a handy travel bottle.

What counts as a "new release"?
We focus on recent launches, generally fragrances released within about the past year.

Are these authentic?
Yes. Every decant is filled from a full, authentic bottle that we purchase, then hand-decanted into a new 5ml glass atomizer and labeled. SmellGoodz is not affiliated with the fragrance houses featured.

How long does a 5ml spray last?
A 5ml atomizer holds roughly 50 to 70 sprays, depending on the sprayer. That's enough for many wears of each fragrance.

When will I be charged?
Your first box is charged at checkout. After that, your subscription renews on the 1st of each month until you skip, pause, or cancel.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States that USPS delivers, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Fragrance contains alcohol, so it must travel by ground service, which means deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take longer than normal. We're unable to ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account before the 1st and you won't be billed for the next box.
