Ocean Noir Parfum is a 2026 reworking of the 2021 original, and it is a different fragrance rather than a stronger one. The note list is substantially expanded: marine notes, tangelo, coconut, pomelo, lavender, and bergamot open it, then seaweed, geranium, yarrow, sage, black pepper, and cinnamon build a spicier, more aromatic heart than the EDP ever had. The base goes deeper still — incense, Ambrofix, amberwood, patchouli, cashmeran, tonka bean, and musk.

The result is a darker, damper kind of freshness. Still an aquatic, but heavier and less sweet than the original, with the coconut and lavender reading more prominently and incense giving the dry down real weight.

Composed by Doug Falcone. Be aware that reception is split — some wearers prefer this richer direction, while fans of the original EDP find it brighter and sweeter and consider this a step sideways. Several reviewers compare the profile to older-batch YSL Le Parfum. If you know and love the 2021 version, try before committing.
